Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu: The driver of a train that collided with a waiting train has been arrested.
11 people were killed in collision in Arakkonam in Tamil Nadu last month.
The driver is alleged to have oversped and jumped signals.
The railway probe report is yet to be submitted.
