Mumbai:
The Bombay High Court on Tuesday stayed the framing of charges against Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja, who is accused of raping his domestic help.
Shiney's lawyers had filed an application saying that they have not been given all the documents related to the case. The charges were scheduled to be framed on Wednesday.
He is currently out on bail and is in Noida. The actor was granted bail on Thursday. He was asked to pay Rs 50,000 and had to leave Mumbai.
