Mumbai:
The Congress-NCP alliance has planned a joint campaign by Sonia Gandhi and Sharad Pawar and a common manifesto. Sources say the two party chiefs will address rallies together at some of the big constituencies.
There will be an official announcement on the pre-poll alliance on Tuesday. On Monday, the NCP conceded the Kalina seat in Mumbai to the Congress. It will get the Anushakti Nagar seat in return.
Both parties had claimed the Kalina seat. The last date for filing nominations is Friday, September 25.
