With just about a month left for the Commonwealth Games and the preparations far from complete, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has cracked the whip.
Sheila Dikshit has now warned that contractors who do not meet the deadline or do a shoddy job, will be blacklisted.
On Friday, Dikshit had ordered the agencies concerned to work through nights to finish the works within the final deadline of August 31.
