The new footage shows how closely four men on two motorcycles were following Mr Dey that Saturday afternoon in Mumbai's Powai suburb. The video does not show Mr Dey being shot.  It shows the bike chase.  And then people reacting to what was most likely the sound of gunshots. There is no audio in the footage. Sources in the Mumbai Police say that they are studying a trip to London made by Mr Dey at the end of April. He was allegedly  accompanied on the week-long trip by a tour guide from a company named Raj Travels. Phone records reportedly suggest that Chhota Rajan ordered Mr Dey's hit right after that trip.
