- Annabelle: Creation is scheduled to arrive in US on August 11
- Annabelle: Creation is a prequel to the first Annabelle film
- The trailer comes with the disclaimer: 'Nothing can prepare you for this'
The trailer is spooky times ten in the typically scary manner of The Conjuring and Annabelle movies and has got all the signature components of a creepy horror flick - orphans, a nun, a huge house with creaky doors and windows, placed in the middle of nowhere and of course, a smiling, wretched doll. There is also a portion in the trailer which is reminiscent of another horror drama, The Ring.
