North Cachar Hills, Assam:
It is a state of total anarchy in Assam's N C Hills where a 5000 strongsecurity personnel are fighting not more than 250 cadres of a militantoutfit.
It's not just militant violence but also communal clashes that have broken out between the two rival tribes, Dimasas and Jemi Nagas.
