The probe report of YSR's chopper crash is out. The report clearly indicates that the state government is in many ways responsible for the chopper crash last September.
(Read: YSR chopper wasn't airworthy, says probe report)The report says the Bell-430 helicopter was poorly maintained and was allowed to fly even when it was not airworthy. The report also blames the shockingly casual attitude of the maintenance staff.
The Andhra government has reacted to the report saying maybe better coordination between the DGCA and the Andhra aviation corporation could have ensured the plane was better maintained.
