A day after approaching the Tihar Jail authorities seeking handing over of Afzal Guru's body to his family, two lawyers ND Pancholi and Nandita Haksar representing them today withdrew as their counsel, citing "unseemly controversies" and "suspicion" by certain political groups in Kashmir.
