Gurgaon: A property dealer was on Thursday kidnapped at gunpoint in daylight from the heart of this town by four unidentified men, police said.

Sunny Makhija, 28, a resident of New Colony, was kidnapped from adjoining Krishna Colony in Gurgaon
by the four men, appearing to be in the age group of 25 to 30, police said.

"Kidnappers came in a white colour Maruti Swift car and forced Sunny, driving his Chevrolet Beat car, to stop. He was going towards the house of his brother Kamal, living in Krishna colony. Abductors, some of them with firearms, fled the scene with victim," an eyewitness told police.

"We have registered a case against unknown people and our investigations are on," Babu Lal, city police station chief, told IANS.

Makhija hails from Hansi of Hisar district in Haryana and was living with his wife in a rented accommodation in Gurgaon for nearly two years.
