A nurse was allegedly raped by a doctor, who was working in the same private hospital in Gurgaon.
A doctor has been arrested for allegedly raping a nurse on pretext of marrying her, police said on Thursday.
Both the accused and the survivor worked at a private city hospital.
An FIR was registered a few months back by the nurse alleging doctor Girish Ojha had sexually assaulted her.
"Ojha raped me for long time on pretext of marrying me but now he refused to marry," the girl said in her complaint registered at the Women's Police Station.
"The doctor was absconding after the complaint, and he has been arrested from Allahabad. We are grilling him after getting him on three days police remand," said a senior police officer.
