Goa:
A Russian girl was on Sunday allegedly molested by a 20-year-old tourist at Arambol beach in North Goa, after which the youth was arrested, police said.
Superintendent of Police (North) Arvind Gawas said that Sai Kiran, from Hyderbad, has been arrested for molesting the Russian tourist who was sunbathing on the beach.
Kiran tried to run away after allegedly misbehaving with the girl but he was apprehended by the life guard and police who were at the beach.
Police are also on lookout for two more people, who were with Kiran on the beach.
Gawas said the victim had arrived on the beach along with her boyfriend.
"The incident happened when her boyfriend was bathing in the sea while she was on the shore," he said adding that Kiran would be produced before a court today.
