4 New Police Stations to Set Up in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad:

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has given his nod for the establishment of four new
police stations in Ghaziabad, police said today.

The proposed police stations will be established in Nand Gram, Shalimar Garden, Kaushambi and Teela Modh in the next financial year 2015-16 for which an amount of Rs 40 lakh has been earmarked.

Recently three police stations at Khoda, Loni Border and Tronica city had started working in Ghaziabad.

After establishment of the proposed four new police stations, the total strength of police stations in Ghaziabad district will reach 21.

Assistant Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada said that there will be betterment of law and order situation in Ghaziabad with the establishment of the four new police stations.
