CBSE NEET Results: Know All India, State Quota Seats Details
CBSE has finally declared the
CBSE NEET 2017 Result. The CBSE NEET results can be accessed from the board's official results website, cbseresults.nic.in and CBSE NEET website cbseneet.nic.in. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results of 11,38,890 which is 70.58% more from NEET-I, 2016 and 139.37% more from NEET-II, 2016. NEET is a national level medical entrance exam conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical and dental colleges.
Out of the 10,90,085 students appeared 6,11,539 have passed the medical entrance examination which was held on May 7.
Of these, 2,66,221 were male aspirants while 3,45,313 were females.
Navdeep Singh from Punjab ranked first in all India level with 697 marks and 99.999908 percentile, while Archit Gupta ranked second with 695 marks and 99.999725 percentile. Manish Mulchandani Male with 695 marks secured third rank, both second and third rank holders are from Madhya Pradesh.
The qualified candidates have to further complete the formalities with the respective counselling authorities viz DGHS, Medical Education Directorates of States, etc. for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.

All India Quota Seats
State Government Quota Seats
State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical/ Dental Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University
Central Pool Quota Seats
CBSE NEET Results 2017: 15% All India Quota Seats
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India will conduct the counselling for 15% All India Quota seats as it was done earlier. Candidates may visit website www.mcc.nic.in for further information regarding cut off marks, etc.
Candidates will apply for 15% All India Quota seats as per the directions of DGHS and Counselling will be stopped soon the seats are exhausted.

For State quota and other seats falling under the ambit of States, candidates may apply to their domicile states and a merit list as per State rules and based on All India Rank will be prepared by concerned counselling authorities, said a statement from CBSE.
According to CBSE, the counselling for Private Medical Colleges will also be conducted by the
concerned State Counselling Authority.
CBSE NEET Results 2017: Where to find Counselling information
The details and schedule of counselling would be available on the websites of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education Directorates of States.
The details of Medical Education Directorate of States are given in Appendix-IV of the Information Bulletin available on NEET website. The counselling would be conducted by the respective Counselling Authorities subject to prevailing rules and norms for admission in Medical Colleges/Dental Colleges under their ambit.
