It was a sunny morning in New Delhi today with the minimum temperature settling at 27 degrees Celsius, slightly below the season's average.
"The sky will be cloudy in the day. Very light rainfall and thundershowers will occur in some areas," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 am was at 66 per cent.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded at 36.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum was 24 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average.
