It was a pleasant today morning in New Delhi with the minimum temperature settling three notches below the season's average at 24.8 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Office has forecast thunderstorm with light to moderate rain during the day.
"The sky will be generally cloudy. Thunderstorm with light to moderate rain would occur in some areas," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degrees Celsius.
The city has received 26.5 mm of rainfall since Tuesday morning.
Humidity at 8.30 am was 86 per cent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 29.7 degrees Celsius, while the minimum settled four notches below the season's average at 23.3 degrees Celsius.
