Delhi:
Two drivers of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit were arrested for allegedly misbehaving with a 22-year-old woman, police said Thursday.
Jagdish Kumar and Rajesh Kumar, both around 35, were arrested late on Wednesday and were set free on bail Thursday.
According to the woman's brother Mohit, the incident occurred around 10.15 pm on Wednesday when the woman was standing outside her home in central Delhi to find an auto for her friend.
A car came from the opposite side and started blinking the headlights on her face. The drivers then stopped the car in front of her and offered her a can of beer.
The woman began shouting at them at which the drivers came out and started molesting her, Mohit said. He then reached the spot after his sister called him, caught hold of the drivers before calling the police.
A first information report (FIR) under section 509 of the Criminal Procedure Code (outraging modesty of a woman) was registered against the duo, a senior police officer said.
