New Delhi: Counter-terrorism body National Investigation Agency (NIA) has moved to a new office in the heart of New Delhi at 1, Jai Singh Road.

The NIA, which was functioning from District Centre, Jasola in south Delhi, has been given two floors in the NDCC-II building, which once housed the office of the Commonwealth Games (CWG)  Organising Committee.

The state-of-the-art building also houses some offices of Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Home Affairs and External Affairs Ministry among others, officials said.

The spacious new office will help the central counter terrorism law enforcement agency to equip itself with more infrastructure and technological advancements to aid investigation of cases under probe.
