The so-called Mecca of Indian cricket, the Eden, has run into trouble with the IPL top brass.

Members of the Cricket Association of Bengal, who are entitled to free tickets at the venue, will have to pay to watch IPL games — and they’ve taken the matter to court.

One hopes the matter doesn’t overshadow the cricket, for there is no stage in the game more electrifying than the Eden.
