Diablo Cody, the writer of the film Juno, which is in the race for Best Film plans to have million dollar feet to walk on the red carpet.
Cody, a one-time stripper turned Oscar nominee, will wear sandals worth a million dollars designed by Stuart Weitzman.
The shoes feature two diamond roses, fixed to 1940s-style beige metallic T-strap high heels, made with more than 1800 diamonds weighing 100 carats.
But the designer is not worried about the shoe slipping off into unwanted hands saying that the Oscars provide enough security for every jewellery that goes to the show that night. (With wire inputs)
