East Coast Railway makes special arrangements to facilitate passengers during any unexpected situation. The railway administration has planned special trains, an Emergency Control manned by senior officials round the clock at major places to co-ordinate smooth running of trains, satellite phones in case of breakdown of normal communication channels, Special Relief Trains, special mobile catering service and  Special Medical Teams: PTI
