RK Singh, former Home Secretary, welcomes verdict:
- Await quantum of punishment
- Guilty should be awarded death penalty
- Guilty should be punished asap, it should be fast-tracked
- Boys mature early now, therefore juvenile age should be brought down to either 14 or 15
- A lot needs to change in Delhi
- Proper investigation, faster chargesheets and trials are prerequisites to bringing about a real change
- Quick detection and fast trials are much-needed
