  • Road links yet to be established between Joshimath and Badrinath, Uttarkashi and Gangotri, and Rudraprayag and Gaurikund
  • 9 NDRF personnel, 6 Indo Tibetan Border Police, and 5 from Indian Air Force will be given guard of honour tomorrow in Dehradun
