Ms Clinton is scheduled to meet the West Bengal Chief Minister shortly after 11 am today. She is then expected to arrive in New Delhi at around 3 pm. The US Secretary of State will meet Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi at their respective residences in the evening.
