Talwar's counsel argues:
- In the interest of justice that Nupur Talwar gets bail.
- Previous ruling of the Allahabad High Court also suggest that bail should be granted in this case.
- Since it is a case where CBI itself says evidence is not feasible , and if later if it is found out that evidence was really not conclusive, then is it fair for Nupur to go to jail.
- It is written in mythology that the mother can never take the life of a child . Is the concept of love and affection of the mother wiped out?
- Husband Rajesh has already been granted bail . On parity Nupur Talwar seeks bail
