NDTV
The deteriorating plight of India’s hills is alarming. NDTV, in association with Toyota, decided to take up the cause to highlight the threats that face them and provide sustainable solutions to tackle these effectively. For NDTV-Toyota's Keep the Hills Alive campaign our reporters travelled across the North till Guwahati in the North East, to the West and further down to the South to highlight the varied problems and their solutions, specific to the region.

NDTV also organized a Painting Competition in Modern School, BK, New Delhi to involve young minds and urge them to think about the hills and the environmental damage they are facing. VJ and Comedian Cyrus Broacha was the co-host and singer Jassi entertained the students after the competition.

The Image of the Day contest saw us choose a winner every day during the month long campaign. We received thousands of commendable entries from across the country and the chosen winners were displayed on this website.
