Aftershocks continue to rock Italy, death toll reaches 272

Strong aftershocks of earth quake continue to rock Central Italy. Four days after a massive earthquake demolished the city of L'Aquila, an aftershock 5.2 on the richter scale and the third in three days hit the area early on Thursday morning.

The number of deaths in the earthquake has also gone up to 272, as rescuers still remove the debris.

Almost 70 people were missing and 17,000 have been rendered homeless after the quake.
