Dr. Bimal Jalan: Former RBI Governer and MP Rajya Sabha
Author of the bestselling works such as The Future of India: Politics, Economics and Governance and India’s Politics- A View from the backbench, Dr Bimal Jalan, former RBI Governor during whose tenure the Indian rupee note of 1000 denomination was introduced, has held several administrative and advisory positions in the Government of India. He was the Chief Economic Adviser in the 1980s, Banking Secretary between 1985 and 1989 and Finance Secretary, Ministry of Finance. As Finance Secretary, he was also on the Central Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of India. He has also been the Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister between January 1991 and September 1992. Jalan has served as the Executive Director representing India on the Boards of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Educated at Calcutta, Oxford and Cambridge universities, in August 2003, he was nominated as a Rajya Sabha member.

Mr. N R Narayana Murthy : Non-Executive Chairman and Chief Mentor of Infosys One of the seven founders of Infosys Technologies, a global consulting and IT service company based in Bangalore. Recipient of several awards including Padma Vibhushan, India's second highest civilian award. Mr Murthy served as CEO of Infosys for twenty years, handing over the reins to a fellow co-founder in March 2002. In 1999, Infosys was listed on NASDAQ (INFY).
Mr. Murthy serves as an independent director on the board of the DBS Bank, Singapore, the largest government-owned bank in Singapore. Mr. Suman Dubey: Dow Jones Corporate Representative in India Dr Dubey is responsible for coordinating the activities of all Dow Jones news and business units in the Indian market. He also contributes articles to The Wall Street Journal and its international editions.
From 1976 to 1980 and again in 1992 and early 1993, Mr. Dubey was a freelance journalist for The Asian Wall Street Journal, reporting on India.
He joined Dow Jones in April 1993 as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal and The Asian Journal and was based in New Delhi.In March 1995, he was named Dow Jones Corporate Representative in India.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, Mr. Dubey was a consultant with India Today, India’s leading news magazine (1992-1993), director of Times Television, a television programming unit of the Times of India (1990-1991) and media adviser to Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (1987-1989). He was editor of Indian Express (1986-1987), one of India’s largest circulation news dailies, and managing editor of India Today (1980-1986).
Mr. Dubey received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and a master’s degree in economics from Trinity College, Cambridge, England.
