ADFEST 2009, the Annual Asian Advertising Festival was held in Pattaya, Thailand from the March 19 to 21, 2009.

Silverfish Page Numbers Campaign, Saatchi & Saatchi Petaling Jaya: Silverfish Books in Malaysia has a series of billboards connecting page numbers with scenes. The four billboards, each featuring a Penguin classic, are
"Affair",
"Liberty",
"Psycho" and
"Candlestick".
SILVER
China Environment Protection, Shan Shui, JWT Shanghai: China Environment Protection Foundation commissioned JWT Shanghai to prepare three print advertisements, using Shan Shui style art by well known landscape artist Yong Liang Yang to challenge the continual erosion and pollution of the waters and hills of China. Posters were placed in high visibility areas and in subway stations in Shanghai, along with an animated film version played in People Square Subway Station. The three paintings,
Global Warming,
Industrial Pollution,
Automotive Pollution, when looked at closely , show the impact of factories, cars and buildings on the environment.
Guinness Drink and Drive Campaign, Saatchi & Saatchi Petaling Jaya: The Traffic Signs

traffic light signs and campaign was developed at Saatchi & Saatchi Malaysia, Petaling Jaya, by executive creative directors Adrian Miller and Edmund Choe, copywriter Christie Herman, Art Director, Ong Kien Hoe, Account Supervisor Aaron Taylor, with photographer Alex Tow and Retoucher Choyue from threesixtydegree Photography.

Adidas Olympics 2008 Double-sided Flip Book, TBWA Tequila, Hong Kong: Adidas was an Official Partner of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and their brand positioning was - 'When 1.3 billion people get behind their athletes Impossible is Nothing.' TBWA\TEQUILA Hong Kong was briefed to create an original print campaign to extend the Adidas China Olympic corporate campaign; one that would specifically reflect and support local Hong Kong athletes. They came up with a
flip book featuring Ko Lai Chak and Li Ching, table tennis champions.

Jeep Husky & Camel, BBDO/Proximity Malaysia: The
Jeep campaign was developed at BBDO/Proximity Malaysia by executive creative director Ronald Ng, creative director/art director MUN, art directors Eric Hor, Gary Lim, Willeon Leong and Hans Lee, copywriters Kevin Le and Ronald Ng, advertiser’s supervisor Sally Hong, illustrator Gary Lim and producer Dickson Teh.
SILVER
Nikon Faces: Explorer, Voyeurs, Euro RSCG Singapore: The
Nikon Coolpix S60 camera, launched in 2008, comes with Face Priority AF, Nikon's face-finding technology that quickly finds and focuses on up to 12 faces in a group portrait. This award-winning print advertising campaign from Singapore provides a clever interpretation of how that feature might come in handy, with Hotel, Voyeurs and Explorer.
BRONZE
McDonalds Night Reflection, DDB Sydney: McDonald's in Australia have an
outdoor advertising campaign with a difference. Adshel roadside posters have been designed to promote the growing number of restaurants that are open all night. During the day, the reversed text and yellow curve are a curious sight. But after dark, the back-lit poster is reflected in the glass of the bus stop shelter, revealing the complete logo and the message, "Open all night".
