AM Naik, CMD of L&T, remains very optimistic over the budget. "I think infra will be given highest priority. I won't be surprised if a special ministry is created for infra," he said. HM Bangur, MD of Shree Cement, said that cement roads are now a need of the country. "This is cheaper and will also boost cement consumption," he said. Ashish Guha, country head, Heidelberg Cement, is a bit guarded in his expectations. "There are no major changes that we expect in the immediate future. Implementation of infra projects and SEZs are something that has to be seen," he said.
