Woman's body found in parcel: Murderer caught on CCTV?
Ajmer: Days after a woman's body was found inside a parcel in Ajmer, there is a breakthrough. The police say that the culprit maybe identified on the basis of a CCTV footage.

Police are now studying the footage from the transport company which checked in the package and mailed it to Ajmer.

There are two reasons for the police to suspect that the person in the CCTV footage is their man

He is the only person who booked in a large package on the evening of the 31st
The box resembles the one in which the body was found

"The sender is someone who identified himself as 'B' and it is addressed to self," said Vipin Kumar Pandey, Superintendent of Police, Ajmer.

Once the body was delivered to the transport company collection depot in Ajmer, there were no claimants for several days.

When the package started smelling, the company's employees opened it and found the body. She had been stabbed several times in the stomach and her face burned beyond recognition.

This is the fourth such case in the past few months.

Twenty -nine-year-old law graduate Neetu Solanki was found in a bag outside the New Delhi railway station in February; another body, that of a woman in her 30s, was found in a bag on Juhu beach on March 10; a third woman's body was found on a railway platform in Mumbai on March 16.

But the killers in all the cases are still at large.
