New Delhi:
A 48-year-old pilot of a private airline was injured when a speeding SUV hit his car from behind in south Delhi, police said on Monday.
Tarun Dhimar, pilot of Kingfisher Airlines, was on his way to the airport when the accident took place in Vasant Kunj area last night, police said.
A speeding 'Scorpio' hit his car and the driver fled from the spot by abandoning the vehicle.
Dhimar was rushed to a private hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
Police is yet to record his statement.
