Nashik Mayor's brother arrested in murder case
Nashik: Rajendra Wagh also known as Dada Wagh, the brother of Nashik's Mayor Yatin Wagh, was arrested in connection with a murder case in Nashik on Saturday and sent to police custody for 10 days.

This comes as an embarrassment to Yatin Wagh who comes from a political dynasty. He is also the first mayor of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) not only in the city but across Maharashtra.

"In the murder case registered at the Gangapur Police station we have arrested two of the accused. We presented them in court and they have been sent to ten days of police custody. Venkatesh More and Dada Wagh have been arrested. Three of the accused are on the run and we will arrest them soon," said Deputy Commissioner of Police Shahebrao Patil.

Mohan Changle and Deepak Sonawane were murdered in Nashik on Tuesday. Sources say Changle's family had alleged that Dada Wagh was involved. Sources have also added that Changle and Dada Wagh allegedly had a dispute over parking tenders of the Nashik Municipal Corporation.

Changle's family had earlier refused to accept his body but did so only after the police assured them that the culprits would be nabbed.
