Muzaffarnagar:
Attachment proceedings have been initiated against three government officers in a cheating case, police said.
Former court reader Vikram Singh and clerk Arun Kumar are among the three, accused of fabrication of papers in the court files in August, they said.
Both of them and a policeman have been suspended and a case has been registered against them.
The accused are absconding and did not appear in the court on Thursday, they said.
