Mumbai: Work on first phase of metro rail to begin in December

Mumbai: The satellite city is all set to add another feather to its cap. The work on first phase of metro rail from Belapur to Pendhar will commence within a couple of months. According to sources, the Urban Development Department has issued instructions to this effect to the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO).
