Former husband of Manyata Dutt, actor Sanjay Dutt's wife, has written a letter to Bombay High Court accusing the bollywood star of "implicating" him in false cases.
Mairaj Shaikh, who is currently lodged in Mumbai jail for allegedly sending lewd text messages to an actress, has alleged that Dutt threatened to implicate him in false cases if he did not withdraw the case he had filed against the actor for bigamy in January this year.
One month ago, Dutt's "underworld friends" kidnapped his six-year-old son Mustafa, Mairaj said, adding that Dutt had asked him to hold a press conference and declare that he had divorced Manyata.
Mairaj further said when he approached N M Joshi Marg police in this regard, they refused to register a case against Dutt.
