Hardoi:
Son of a lawyer, who was missing for the last fortnight, was kidnapped and killed by his neighbour and his accomplice in Azad Nagar area, police said on Sunday.
Dharmendra Singh (17), who was missing since January 15, was kidnapped, killed and later his body was dumped in Sharda canal by his neighbours Ramu Pandey and his aid Vishal, they said.
The accused have been arrested, they said.
Love affair is suspected to be the motive behind the kidnapping and murder, police said, adding that efforts were being made to fish out Dharmendra's body from the canal.
Dharmendra, whose father Yogendra Singh is a prominent lawyer of the city, was killed on the day of kidnapping, they said.
