New Delhi:
Two youths were apprehended on Saturday for allegedly stealing a mobile phone and Rs 50,000 from two different passengers on the Delhi Metro.
Mahesh (32) was caught by CISF personnel when he was escaping from the Charwi Bazar station after stealing the mobile phone of a passenger, a Delhi Metro official said.
Another mobile which Mahesh had stolen earlier on the Metro was also recovered from him.
In another incident, Manish (14) was nabbed by personnel of the CISF Quick Reaction Team when he stole Rs 50,000 from a passenger at the Chandni Chowk station.
Both the youths, were handed over to the DMRC authorities at the Kashmiri Gate.
On Friday, two youths were held for allegedly stealing a mobile phone from a passenger on the Delhi Metro.
