No manifesto, but a vision statement, 250 rallies, 120 lawmakers out in the field and five questions a day for Arvind Kejriwal. The BJP has ratcheted up the Delhi battle today.

BJP chief Amit Shah, who has scripted multiple successes in elections for his party, held a meeting with at least 30 to 40 leaders including senior ministers like JP Nadda, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Nirmala Sitharaman and Anant Kumar, to draw up an aggressive strategy for Delhi.
The chief target of the BJP's attack will be Arvind Kejriwal of the Aam Aadmi Party, who has the BJP worried by drawing bigger crowds than its presumptive Chief Minister, Kiran Bedi. Party leaders have begun posing five questions to him everyday, till February 6.
The BJP will bring in major muscle. It was decided in the Amit Shah war room that ministers and other leaders will blitz the capital with 250 rallies. Prime Minster Narendra Modi will address four public meetings, starting Saturday.
The party has junked the plan to release a manifesto - which was stuck because state unit leaders were not agreed on several issues. Amit Shah reportedly made it clear that electioneering has moved on in the age of social media.
Instead, Prime Minister Modi and Kiran Bedi will release a vision document.
Last evening, Ms Bedi seemed to jump the gun when she tweeted what she called the "Kiran blueprint" for Delhi, her agenda for the capital. Party leaders said some of parts of Ms Bedi's blueprint would find its way into the vision statement which is being drafted.
Asked why the BJP is fielding almost all its ministers and MPs for the Delhi election, Ananth Kumar said, "We want to win this election with two-thirds majority and it will be our historic victory. We will go to this election with full strength."
Mr Kumar said more than 1.2 lakh supporters have been put in charge of booths and "panna pramukhs" have been roped in to campaign and tell people about the BJP's plans for the city.
The party also plans to plaster the city with posters; it is targeting a 1000 posters in every constituency.
Elections will be held in Delhi on February 7, nine days from now. Votes will be counted on February 10.
