Bhopal:
Madhya Pradesh Haj Committee has announced that the application forms for Haj 2013 will be available from February 6 and the last date for submitting them will be March 20.
Application forms will remain available during this period at the office of the state Haj Committee, Bhopal and all district committee offices, Haj Committee chairman Dr Sanawwar Patel said in a press release here.
Application forms can also be downloaded from the state Haj Committee's website.
It has been made mandatory to attach passports, valid upto minimum March 31, 2014 with the application form.
At the time of submitting applications to the Passport Office, the applicants must make it clear that it was being sought for undertaking Haj pilgrimage, the release added.
