Tokyo:
Prime Minister addressed business leaders in Tokyo at a function organized by Japan - India Association today.
Here are the highlights:- Indo - Japan relations is 110 yrs old, in today's world even a family doesn't stay together for 100 years.
- There is a growing enthusiasm among the Japanese to learn Hindi and Yoga.
- India and Japan share age-old spiritual ties.
- When I first came to Japan I visited Mr Mori. I was told the families from Bengal had introduced curry to Japan and I am told it is one of the favourite dishes of Japan today.
- We should look at increased interaction between young Parliamentarians from both countries.
- We want to expand the parliamentary association and invite you all to visit India.
- The special strategic and global partners, happened for two reasons - a relation that is 110 years old and an unwritten spiritual partnership.
- I get so much love and a sense of belonging from Japan.
- This is much more than the prime ministership and I can never forget it.
