Vishakapatnam: The two-day bandh call given by the pro-united Andhra Pradesh groups in Seemandhra evoked a partial response on the second day in Visakhapatnam city as well as Vijayawada city and Krishna district.

Banks, hotels are open in Visakhapatnam city but private schools have declared a two-day holiday.
