Sathi, an LGBT community group of IIT Bombay, first screened  the video - First Love #ProudToLove #NoGoingBack - at the institute's orientation programme a few weeks ago and later shared it on YouTube.

This lovely video captures the confessions of a handful of young lovers. What makes it wonderful is the out of the ordinary and unconventional flavour that they add to it.

Aditya Joshi, a Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering, stumbled in and out of love many times, and his first love wasn't the dream-perfect one hoped for. "Everyone says first love is special and that it lasts a lifetime, but that didn't happen to me. When I felt attracted to people in school, I held back myself," he shares. However, for Prudhvi Tej, a B.Tech student, it worked out. He fell in love for the first time when he was in third grade. His love gifted him chocolates and sometimes even kissed him.

Peeyush, M.Sc, brings out a rather unusual aspect of first love. "When I fell in love, I started to love myself even more than before," he says. "First love is a beautiful experience," he adds.

"I might not be conventional, but everything will be okay for me," Aditya Shankar says he always had faith in love.

Aren't all of these confessions beautiful? Should love be tied down by gender?
