No Thanks, Says Model to Company Who Used Photoshop to Make Her Look Thinner

In one gusty move, beautiful Australian model Meaghan Kausman has broken free of those stereotypes which the world of fashion loves to bind women in. She is okay with the way she looks and she wants no Photoshop 'expert' messing with her pictures, thankyouverymuch.

The controversy began after the model's photo-shoot with photographer Pip Summerville for swimwear company Fella Swim, who altered the image to make Meaghan look 'thin'. Without her consent OR her knowledge.

Sadly for the company though, Meaghan does not have body image issues; and after she realised what Fella Swim had done, she shared the original version of the picture along with the edited version on her Instagram account, as did the photographer, Pip.

Both the photographer and her pretty subject have been widely cheered on by the internet, while the swimwear brand has been universally criticised. The bikini Meaghan's wearing in the underwater portraits were loaned by Fella Swim but it seems there was no money involved.

In a tough, fiercely competitive world, this model seems to have decided to make her own rules. More power to you, Meaghan!
