A case has been registered against the father of a nine-year-old boy in Kerala who was seen driving a Ferrari in a YouTube video. Nisham, a bidi firm owner, has been booked under Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act for allowing his underage son to drive a car and the possible threat involved.

Supreme Court defers ruling on Italian marines till Friday
