Half of the members of a parliamentary committee that dissected the telecom or 2G scam have expressed no confidence in Congressman P Chacko as its chair and want his removal. Mr Chacko has prepared a report on behalf of the committee that absolves the Prime Minister and Finance Minister P Chidambaram of any responsibility for one of India's largest financial scandals.
15 MPs have given letters to the Speaker expressing no confidence against Mr Chacko
