Not speculating on who's behind attacks: Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan

Mumbai: Chief Minister of Maharashtra Prithviraj Chavan has said that 13 people are confirmed dead and 81 injured in the three serial blasts that took place in Mumbai during rush hour this evening, between 6.45 and 7.04 pm.

"We are not speculating that who could have done it but this is an attack on the heart of India and the people of Mumbai are facing a new attack with calm and are maintaining peace," he said.
