Arvind Kejriwal's third "expose" was dramatically interrupted when a person who wanted to know why Mr Kejriwal and his wife were never transferred out of Delhi when on government service. "You are fooling the nation," the man said.
The man, claiming to be a member of the Congress trade union INTUC, was heckled and pushed around, despite Mr Kejriwal saying his questions will be answered. INTUC though denied to NDTV that the man, identified as Jagdish Sharam, was a member and said that he had been misusing the union's name.
Mr Sharma was finally removed by the police who wanted to avoid the confrontation between him and IAC activists. He was also accompanied by more people, who sprang up from among the assembled media and started shouting slogans against Mr Kejriwal.
Mr Kejriwal was serving in the revenues services till he quit a couple of years ago. His wife is still in the service.
Mr Kejriwal used the opportunity to score a personal point by saying that "this kind of behaviour" was to be expected if big names are exposed. He didn't reply to the question though, despite his promise.
