HyderabadVijay Kumar, 24, was shopping for text books when two bombs ripped through the busy market in Hyderabad's Dilsukhnagar neighbourhood.

Vijay was scheduled to take an exam soon that would qualify him as a sub inspector in the police.

Vijay died in the terror attack.

Two other students also died as bombs strapped to bicycles exploded next to a cinema and a bus stand.

The Prime Minister has vowed "the guilty will not go unpunished" for the "dastardly attack."
