Panaji: The Manohar Parrikar-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Goa has decided to weed out bogus beneficiaries of its flagship Grih Adhar scheme, after it came to know that fake marriage certificates were being used to avail benefits.

The forms and documents submitted by the beneficiaries would be verified again to find out those who had submitted fake marriage certificates, State Women and Child Department Director Sunil Masurkar told PTI today.
